Christine Tenneh Dono

Attorney-at-Law Christine Tenneh Dono is a Liberian Lawyer who currently works at the Civil Service Agency as the Assistant Legal Officer in the Department of Legal Affairs. 

Christine is a Cohort 7 Fellow of the President’s Young Professional Program, Liberia’s flagship program for mentoring excellent and high performing young professionals in the Public Service.

As a President’s Young Professional Fellow, Cohort 7 worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Director General and as Complaints & Grievance Management Officer in the Office of the Deputy Director General for Human Resource Management and Policy seconded to Examining Committee of the Civil Service Board of Appeals, respectively.

She is a Cohort-2 Fellow of the Network of Emerging Women in Politics Program (NEW-Politics) a flagship program for training and mentoring emerging young women in politics from the four Mano River Union Countries (Liberia, Sierra Leone Cote D’Voire and La Guinea), sponsored by National Democratic Institute.

In the spirit of contributing to society, inspiring and motivating especially young Liberians to be patriotic, adherent to the Rule of Law and productive, Christine is the Hosts and Presents a Radio Program, “The Law, Society and You” at Radio Bomi 98.9 F.M, a Community Based Radio Station in Tubmanburg, Bomi County. The Program airs every Saturday in Bomi, Cape Mount and Gbarpolu Counties, the three counties in Western Region of Liberia.; Christine is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Bomi Community 

College in Bomi County, her County of origin.
Christine is a trained Diplomat from Liberia’s Gabriel L. Dennis Foreign Service Institute and a Patriotic Liberian who is passionate about Community Service, Human Capital Development, Adherence to Rule of Law and Access to Justice, Feminist Advocacy, Leadership, Diplomacy and International Relations and Politics.
